Learn about Homewards/

Homewards is a unique privilege points system designed to reward your house. The program gives your house uninterrupted care which we will provide using the points earned when you spend on any service.

To gain Homewards membership, simply avail any service for your home worth AED 1,000 (minimum).

MyPoints are earned by you (the client); HousePoints are earned by your house; while TierPoints are level points.

You can use MyPoints & HousePoints to redeem other products and services in Homewards. TierPoints (White, Red, Black), on the other hand, can be used to level up your membership.

Once you avail a product or a service, the total amount you spent (exclusive of VAT), will be converted into MyPoints and HousePoints (equally divided) and the same amount for TierPoints.

E.g. 5,000 AED worth of AC Cleaning & Disinfection

       2,500 AED MyPoints

       2,500 AED HousePoints

       5,000 AED TierPoints

Yes. Our system will automatically calculate your points based on your previous acquired services* starting from June 2017 once you validate your membership.

Yes. You can use your HousePoints for services such as air (e.g. AC Cleaning & Disinfection), water (e.g. Water Tank Cleaning & Disinfection), & surface (e.g. 360° Surface Disinfection), pest control, as well as concepts & products – Pristine Room & Scent Diffusion System.

You can use your points to redeem exclusive discounts on all our partners’ products and services

Membership is free and there is no annual fee.

HousePoints are non-transferrable and will remain in the property. You can only take MyPoints and TierPoints with you. However, once you move into your new house, there is a possibility that the house will already have existing HousePoints from previous tenants.

Yes, if your property is enrolled in Homewards, you can use its points to avail any products or services under your name.

For now, Homewards is exclusive to Saniservice’s clients but it will be soon be open to non-Saniservice customers.

You can follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click “Earn”
  3. Select “Referrals”
  4. Fill in the form with your referee’s details.

You will receive an SMS confirmation of your successful referral.

The referrer will receive points once the referee has completed and settled the full invoice amount with the service provider.

No, HousePoints are non-transferrable.

You will not be required to provide any additional information during the registration process. Your existing profile with Saniservice is automatically uploaded into Homewards. Upon registration, you will only be asked to verify the information.

There is no need for you to input your credit card details. In Homewards, your points will be the currency you will use to redeem products and services.

No. The email address you have provided to Saniservice will serve as your identity and cannot be used again to register another property or create another account.

At the homepage, click Log In, then click ‘Lost Your Password?’ button.

Follow the steps to reset your password.

Some points cannot be converted. This can either be due to services acquired before June 2017 or if the invoice amount is not fully paid. If you need help with this matter, please reach out to us in the Contact Us page or in the chat box below.

No. All points are non-transferable and cannot be used by anybody else.

After the invoice has been fully paid and confirmed by Saniservice, your points will automatically be credited on to your account.

Upon logging in,

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Select ‘My Statement’
  3. It will display all previous and recent transactions.

You can redeem services, gain discounts, and earn more points using your Homewards points. The higher your level is, the more you can get higher points conversion.

Once you log in to your Homewards account,

  1. Go to “Redeem” page
  2. Choose the product or service you would like to redeem from the list
  3. Click the service, select your property, and adjust the slider as per the amount you wish to redeem.

Limited offers are sent to members first-hand via SMS and/or email notification.

Yes, you can allot the number of points you wish to spend on a product/service using the slider in the Redeem page.

No, your points are not convertible to cash. You can use points to redeem discounts on services or products.

There is no minimum requirement when redeeming a product or service.

Yes, you can get a full refund of points and will be credited back to your account.

This is one of the benefits of Homewards. Once you move to a property with existing HousePoints, the new owner will be able to use the points.

TierPoints will expire in 1 year (12 months).

MyPoints & HousePoints will expire in 30 months.

There are two reasons you haven’t earned points, it’s either the invoice has not been fully paid or the payment has not been confirmed yet by service provider.
